Yes, most of the park will be inaccessible during construction. An alternate fill station will remain available for spring water access.

New water infrastructure, dual fill stations, sewer, fiber, and electrical upgrades, along with creek reinforcement.

Sports fields, playgrounds, pavilions, restrooms, parking, and ADA accessibility.

Phase 3 will focus on improvements to support large community events. Planning is ongoing.
